Placing an Order with HockeyTron.com

What happens when you place your order?
When we recieve your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will act as your receipt. When the order ships out to you, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information.

How can I track my Order's Shipment?
You will be able to track your order once it has shipped out of our warehouse. The tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, orders will usually leave the same business day they are placed. In some cases, they may leave the following business day. In very rare cases, when we have to order stuff directly from vendors/companies for example, you wait may take longer. You will be contacted by a member of the HockeyTron staff.

When can I expect to see my order?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive it within 2 to 9 business days. This is dependent on the method of shipping that you choose at checkout.

Is the information I give you, such as CC Info, Address, etc. secure?
HockeyTron.com does not give your information to any third parties. We use a very reliable and secure Yahoo! website that features some of the highest security features to date.

HockeyTron.com has no handling charges or fees!

All delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays, and the day you place your order do NOT count towards the delivery time. We will try our best to take special shipping instructions into account, but we can cannot guarantee this.

For example, if you order a 2 Day Air package on Thursday, you will not recieve this package until the following Monday.

Unfortunately, Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from Free Ground shipping within the US.

Team Sale and Wholesale Customer Shipping
Orders made through our Team Sales or Wholesale have shipping costs that are entirely dependent on the size of the order. Once your order has been completed or pulled, we will get a quote for the shipping and let you know the exact cost. HockeyTron.com does not intend to make money on the shipping charges. We want you to pay exactly what we paid for the shipping costs. We only feel that is fair.


Orders shipping 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight
Any express or expedited order that is made before 4pm Eastern Time will usually ship the same business day. Any orders placed on Friday after 4pm EST and throughout the weekend will ship the following non-holiday Monday.


Will Call Pick-Ups
If you are local to our Los Alamitos store, you have the option of picking up your order here to wave the shipping cost. This option is available at checkout. Our address here is:

International Shipments
The pricing of our international shipping includes all shipping fees and brokerage rates. The customer is responsible for the duties and taxes imposed on packages by their respective countries.


Paying for Your Order with HockeyTron.com

Payment Options
There are many ways you can pay for your orders with HockeyTron.com. We accept Paypal. We also except the following major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept our Online Gift Certificates.

Please note: If your Bill To and Ship To addresses are different upon checkout, we may delay your order slightly in order to determine the order isn't made with a stolen credit card. You may be called to verify your information in some cases. This is strictly for your protection, as we attempt to dismiss orders as fraudlent before we charge an unsuspecting person.

Sales Tax
Sales tax applies only to customers in CA. If the Ship To address is in CA, the sales tax will be charged and you will see this figure added to the total at the time of checkout.

Discount Coupons/Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code (such as the ones we offer from our Daily E-Mail Specials), you can enter this at the time of checkout. If you entered the code correctly, the prices should be adjusted accordingly based on the coupon. The Yahoo! online store only allows for one coupon code to be applied per order. Online and Retail Store Information

Can I return an item purchased online to the retail store?
As long as the item is still in relatively new condition, you are more than welcome to return products bought online in-store. Please print your online recpeit (One should be e-mailed to you at the time of checkout) or have your online Order # handy so we can look up the order once you are here.

Do you have any other locations?
Currently, our only store is located in Los Alamitos. As we continue to grow, we will consider the possible venture of opening additional locations in the future.

Return Policy and Warranty Information

Returning an Item
Here at HockeyTron.com we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange your NEW and UNUSED item within 30 days of your delivery/purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, store credit, or a new item(s). The item(s) must be sent back to HockeyTron.com at your expense. We cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Mouth Guards (Unless Factory Sealed.)
  • Jock/Jill Shorts and Pants (Due to health regulations)
  • Any customized jersey (Heat Pressed, logo'ed, etc.)

Please indicate the order number if you have it. If you don't know your order number, please include your name and phone number we can reach you at. In the case of exchanges, you must pay $9.00 for any reshipment of items. This applies to any order which HockeyTron.com has fulfilled correctly. If you received an item which you did not order/we shipped incorrectly, please call us. In cases where we made an error, we can send you a prepaid label via e-mail for you to return the product to us. Again, HockeyTron only picks up the shipping if we are incorrect in the items you recieve. If the issue with your product is incorrect sizing, but we shipped the correct product you ordered, you must return them at your expense.

Stick And Shaft 30-Day Limited Warranty
All HockeyTron One Piece Composite Sticks and Composite Shafts are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer's defects only (Composite Blades, Wood/ABS Sticks, and Wood/ABS Blades are not covered under this warranty). This is a one-time replacement only. This warranty only covers damage and/or premature breakage caused by a manufacturer’s defect.

HockeyTron.com will replace any defective stick or shaft for a period of 30 days from date of delivery, under the following conditions:
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The stick or shaft must be broken during normal, correct use.
  • The shaft and blade must not have been exposed to excessive hear or an open flame.
  • The stick wasn't used on a rough surface (excessive wear on the blade bottom does not constitute a manufacturer's defect.

Warranty coverage will be determined exclusively by the Employees/Managers of HockeyTron.com. This warranty does not apply to Semi-Pro, College, or Pro level teams and players.
To return the stick, follow these steps:
  • E-mail ben@hockeytron.com to obtain an RA#.
  • Once your RA# is issued, you have 14 to return the stick to us. The stick must be sent at your expense.
  • Please include the original proof of purchase.

We will contact you once we make our determination as to whether or not your stick qualifies for a replacement under our warranty.

Warranty of TRON Products (excluding sticks, see above)
All products manufactured by HockeyTron have a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects, similar to the sticks. This applies to all protective equipment (such as gloves, helmets, shin guards, etc.) and accessories (such as the inline puck and wheels). If you feel that your product is defective or doesn't perform as well as you felt it should, you can follow the same steps for obtaining an RA# as you would for the sticks. In the same way, we will visually inspect the product to determine whether or not the product is deemed replaceable under the warranty and was not subject to misuse. If we do deem a replacement neccessary, HockeyTron will cover the shipping of the item to you. You must return the product at your own expense.
